Chief Executive Officer

Josh Christensen

Josh is an entrepreneur and foodie at heart. Raised in a family of business owners, he grew up working alongside a custom home-building business and two startups with his father before finishing high school. When the recession hit in 2008 he turned to the trades and became a plumber; years later he partnered with Daniel Scott to found Friendly Home Services, a residential service company that grew to 90 employees and $14M in revenue, made the Inc. 5000 two years running, and was sold to a private-equity firm. Josh now leads Vision Food Group's Crumbl and Dave's Hot Chicken locations across metro Atlanta. He's married with two daughters and spends his free time racing UTVs in the desert and enjoying the outdoors.

Director of Growth & Development

Daniel Scott

Daniel started his first business, Friendly Home Services, in Salt Lake City in 2015. Alongside Josh he bootstrapped it from the ground up to a successful private-equity exit in 2020 — and learned the value of foundational leadership and developing teams along the way. Daniel puts a high value on relationships, has developed a deep understanding of the greater Atlanta market, and has personally taken seven Crumbl locations from site selection to opening. He leads growth for Vision Food Group, adding store count with brands like Dave's Hot Chicken. He lives in Buford with his wife and three kids, and when he isn't growing the business he's out on Lake Lanier.

Micana Gallaway

Micana spent 14 years with Chick-fil-A — ten in the restaurant, growing one business from $3.5M to $9M in annual revenue, and four at corporate, where she coordinated the openings of 13 franchises nationwide and held interim Operator roles in restaurants ranging from $1.4M to $11M. She now leads operations for Vision Food Group's bakeries and restaurants across the greater Atlanta area, where she lives, and became a partner in the group's Dave's Hot Chicken business when the agreement was signed in 2023. Her mission: give people a place of employment that offers financial stability and a culture that builds relationships and brings communities together.

Director of Construction

Mike McCall

Mike brings 20+ years in construction, starting in residential and moving into commercial, most recently as a project manager for a commercial general contractor. At Vision Food Group he owns architecture and engineering, permitting, and construction oversight — working with our GCs and site superintendents to keep every build on task and on time, to brand standards, with the corporate teams kept informed at every step.

Director of Administration

April Bey

April is an administrative professional with 15+ years of experience across payroll, accounting, and human resources, and a track record of helping companies grow in a detail-oriented way. She was an integral part of building Friendly Home Services from 2015 through a year after its acquisition before joining the VFG team, where she keeps the business running behind the scenes.
